This T-die use of advanced polymer melt analyzer
combined with "state of the art" Die Flow Software assures optimum design and performance of the die. Die adjustment system are available manual or automatic. For the automatic control die, the expansion bolts are completely isolated from the die body heat for optimum performance and response time. It will make the film more even. Also the gape of the T-die can be 0.6mm, so the film thickness can be 0.008-0.05mm.
To suck the air and dust from the die and make sure the film cling on the cooling roller and make the film more transparent and clear.
It's to increase or decrease the pressure inside of the screw and make the pressure einside stable, so the film can come out more even and make sure ethe same thickness of the film. Pump body is manufactured by special alloy for superior corrosion and war resistance.Special surface treatment technology is available and eliminates pressure fluctuation from the extruder,which can increases extruder output and reduces energy consumption.
